How to pay and how the voucher reaches you.
Payment methods
- Bank transfer
- Our bank details appear on screen right after you order and again in the confirmation e-mail. We send the order once the payment arrives.
- PayPal
- Payment directly after placing the order.
Delivery and collection
- Digital by e-mail free
- The voucher arrives as a PDF at the e-mail address you give us within two working days at the latest.
- Sent by post €2.50
- We send the voucher to the address you give us within two working days at the latest.
- Collection on site free
- Within two working days at the latest the voucher is ready for you at the desk during opening hours.
Validity
Vouchers stay valid for three years from purchase and are redeemed on site during opening hours. They cannot be paid out in cash; any remaining balance stays on the voucher.
