Questions

Common questions before your visit

Do I need to book tickets in advance?

No. Individual visitors and families buy their ticket at the desk. We only ask groups of 20 or more to book ahead – from 10 if catering is involved.

How long does a visit take?

Allow at least 1.5 hours for the exhibition and around an hour for a round of mini golf. With the park and a break it easily becomes half a day.

Is everything step-free?

The exhibition is on one level, with a lift to the upper floor. There is an accessible toilet, two disabled parking spaces and a walking frame to borrow. The paths in the park can be used with a wheelchair or a pushchair.

Can I take photographs?

Yes, photography is allowed. For commercial shoots please get in touch with us beforehand.

Are dogs allowed?

Dogs on a lead are welcome in the park, on the mini golf course and in the café. Dogs are not allowed in the exhibition – assistance dogs excepted.

Is there anything to eat and drink?

Yes. Breakfast, filled rolls, cake, hot drinks and a bistro menu with chips, nuggets, currywurst, schnitzel and salads. Celebrations and reservations have their own website.
